If we have an emergency pandemic situation:
- Classes will be taught virtually and synchronously, through the zoom program.
- These synchronous virtual classes would be held at the same time and calendar in which the subject is scheduled (Monday-Wednesday-Thursday 12: 30-14: 30).
- The three scheduled face-to-face sessions may serve to carry out a continuous evaluation.
- Through the virtual classroom (Aula Global), materials, exercises and voice and image files will be provided that will allow a learning process at the same time autonomous and guided. A schedule of tasks and deliveries of exercises and assignments will be proposed to guide the course progress appropriately.
Evaluation
A/ Chinese Language grading policy (90%)
A1. Oral and written final exam (50%) (recoverable)
A2. Course follow-up, partial tests and active participation (10%) (non-recoverable)
A3. Assignments (30%) (recoverable)
B/ Chinese Culture grading policy (10%) (no-recoverable)
Second-Chance Evaluation
To the students that didn't pass the exam:
There will be a second-chance evaluation opportunity within the same call at the end of the all-year course, in the month of June or July. The note of this second examination will replace the note of the first. Only those students who have taken the first evaluation (and took the exam) during the trimester of the course may take the second-chance exam. The writing and oral parts can be re-evaluated individually.
For the second-chance evaluation of the individual works:
The individual works must be presented complete and correct. Their evaluation, given the fact that they will be delivered after the official deadline, will result in a lower grade than it would get if delivered on time due to that in some cases, auto-correction layout sheets would have been provided to students: Working at the planned rhythm of the course is considered fundamental in order to ensure a proper progress and learning experience.
